jessie + david | winter garden engagement session

I had a vision for David and Jessie’s Winter Garden engagement session from the very beginning. We planned a full on old fashioned ice cream parlor date. And what better place to do it than nearby historic downtown Winter Garden? The charming downtown is the Florida equivalent to Mayberry. Must-sees include an old train museum, quaint shops, and bustling small-town feel. What I didn’t know beforehand was that David actually doesn’t like ice cream (the first person I’ve ever met!), yet you’d never know it from these photos. He was a champ. After wandering the strip and shooting for a bit, we stopped by a coffee shop and got to know each other. They’ve been some of my best friends ever since. I love how photography is a vehicle to make art and build friendships! Congratulations, you two, and cheers to friendship and love!
